About Jonathan Schott, MD

Jon Schott, MD specializes in family medicine, chronic disease management, and geriatrics. He is particularly interested in "patient-centered medical home" transformation. Dr. Schott enjoys playing a role in the administration of health care, and currently serves as the medical director of St. Luke's Health Partners.

Dr. Schott founded Eastern Oregon Medical Associates with three partners before affiliating with St. Luke's.
