Christopher J. Sjoberg, NP

Christopher Sjoberg, NP-C, CHC is a nurse practitioner with extensive experience in cardiology, hypertension, and nephrology. He is a certified hypertension clinician through the AHSCP.

Chris works with Jerry Meng, MD at the St. Luke's American Heart Association Hypertension Center of Excellence, embedded within St. Luke's nephrology department. He sees a wide variety of general cardiology patients within the practice of St. Luke's - Idaho Cardiology Associates, and also sees patients with a diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) at the St. Luke Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Clinic.

An Idaho transplant, Chris is an exercise enthusiast, enjoys reading histories and biographies, and likes to travel with his spouse.
