Jon Vanderweele, DO is originally from Erie, PA, and grew up in Alaska. He joined the Marine Corps 1990 and served in multiple roles and jobs in the Marines, including heavy lift helicopter squadrons, an IT specialist, and finally as a Marine security guard at the embassies in Yemen and Switzerland. He was deployed overseas both ship and shore for most of his tour.
