I was in a motorcycle accident 4 days ago on highway 30 the other person that was on the bike is still in NICU after three surgeries I went to see Windward today try to get five pills of a pain medication that was going to work good enough for the pain so I could continue to go to my classes something that’s going to last for an hour and a half each day so that it does not destroy my whole life and everything I’ve been working for. He played games with me played word games with me ran off on bunny trails that didn’t exist try to tell me there’s no long-lasting pain medication I know this I don’t know where he’s going I don’t know why he wants to play these games I don’t know why he wants to waste my time and his time but he refused to give me five pills of something that’s going to cut the pain after I was in a serious motorcycle accident four days ago bye I would not correct not recommend taking a hated dog to him let alone your pet there is no medical care there’s him just trying to get money out of the insurance and that’s all he cares about he wants to waste your time and your money and go long-winded on stupid stuff. He did zero physical examination he did not care that the scrapes on my hand are getting infected he didn’t look he did not care about the ability of movement of my neck and head he did not care about their ability of movement of my shoulder he did not listen to me when I tell him I am hurt so much I cannot brush my teeth or dress myself he did not care he just wanted to talk about stupid stuff. I noticed she’s got a lot of really good reviews two and three years ago that’s not who he is today I do not recommend him

I’d never been seen by Daniel Winward before, but was impressed with his thoroughness in trying to figure out what was going on with me.
