About Casey B. Wood, PA-C

Casey Wood, PA grew up in Salt Lake City and earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry with an emphasis in biology from the University of Utah. After graduating from the physician assistant program at Lincloln Memorian University, he moved to the Treasure Valley to practice as a hospitalist. 

In his free time, Casey and his family enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible and are always looking for new places to explore.

What is a Hospitalist?

Hospitalists are doctors who specialize in caring for adults during a hospital stay. At St. Luke’s, our hospitalists are board-certified and specially trained to manage complex medical conditions and make accurate diagnoses.

Our hospitalist team also includes skilled nurse practitioners and physician assistants who help with care delivery, teaching, and care coordination.
