Join us from February 26 - March 1, 2026 for an inspiring multi-day journey through the evolving landscape of epilepsy care—blending cutting-edge science, clinical insight, and innovative technology.
This year’s conference brings together leaders and learners from across disciplines to explore today’s most relevant topics in epilepsy diagnosis, treatment and research.
The conference opens with a deep dive into psychogenic nonepileptic seizures (PNES), exploring the intersection of neurology and mental health. A neuropharmacology session follows, offering practical updates in medication management and emerging therapies.
The afternoon continues with a session on epilepsy following traumatic brain injury, focusing on risk factors, pathophysiology, and recovery. The day concludes with a hosted welcome party — a chance to network, relax, and kick off an
exciting weekend of collaboration and learning.
Friday morning turns the spotlight to the unique challenges of pediatric epilepsy. Sessions explore key differences between pediatric and adult presentations, neuropsychological risks and outcomes, and the crucial process of transitioning from pediatric to adult care.
The morning concludes with an engaging case presentation, illustrating real-world collaboration and problem-solving in pediatric epilepsy management. (A special speaker dinner is also in the works!
Saturday centers on developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEE) and precision medicine. Presentations cover advances in personalized treatment strategies, genetics and inheritance patterns, and the future of targeted therapy.
Later sessions examine epilepsy surgery and implantable devices, showcasing the latest surgical innovations and neurotechnology driving improved outcomes.
The final day explores the future of epilepsy care. Sessions highlight artificial intelligence in epilepsy and EEG, the role of mood disorders and emotional health, and the use of virtual reality in affective disorders. The weekend wraps up with a return to neuropharmacology, tying together key insights from across the conference and looking ahead to the next era of epilepsy research and care.
