Description
This class will help you and your support companion prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for your labor, birth, and postpartum experience.
We’ll demonstrate and practice a variety of coaching, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
We’ll also cover the birth process, pain management during labor, decision making, and the transition to parenthood.
