St. Luke’s Palliative and Hospice Care Team is partnering with Joshua Reams from Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group to bring you “Compassionate Planning: Integrating Hospice, Palliative Care, and End-of-Life Care into Financial and Estate Guidance”.  

This event will focus on end-of life care and essential planning for both the patient and the patient’s family.

Come join us during National Estate Planning month on April 22, 2026 from 9-11 am to learn more about this important topic. 1.5 CLE hours credit available.
