Description

Pivio – the Complete Health Improvement Program is an enhanced solution that represents a new era for Lifestyle Medicine Institute’s previous Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP).

Pivio offers updated resources and additional evidence-based behavioral research to support participants as they pivot their focus to health and wellbeing.

Pivio is based on six key pillars of lifestyle medicine. The six pillars represent:

  • plant-rich eating pattern,
  • physical activity,
  • meaningful social connections,
  • avoidance of risky substances,
  • healthy sleep, and
  • stress management

Pivio educates people on lifestyle drivers to reduce their risk of chronic diseases. Coupled with education and a support system, Pivio provides participants with tools to help identify barriers and influence sustainable behavioral change.

A powerful lifestyle medicine program that spans 12 weeks and consists of 18 group sessions. Group sessions are facilitated by Pivio trained facilitators.

The skills and behavior change techniques learned during the 12 week program empower participants to continue their journey toward optimal health and maintain healthy lifestyles.

The dates below are the initial session of each series.
