Description
Back to sleep, tummy to play is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, but many newborn to pre-crawling infants struggle with tummy time.
This class will introduce:
- tricks to help babies enjoy tummy time,
- infant massage tips for stimulating or soothing,
- techniques to nurture babies' body and brain development for sensory motor success,
- and activities and environments to help baby thrive, as well as those to avoid.

Prerequisites
This class can be taken before or after delivery. If you have already delivered, please bring your baby (newborn up to 4 months old) with you to class.
Registration Instructions
Registration is required and a full payment must be made at the time of registration.
Please note that if there are less than 5 people enrolled in the class, the class may be cancelled. You will be notified before the class if this occurs. No refunds are given for this class, unless it is cancelled by us or a medical condition prevents you from attending class. Otherwise, you may transfer to another class within six months of the original class date.
If you are a St. Luke's employee, please do not register online unless you are registered in the Path Through Parenthood (PTP) program. Those enrolled in Path Through Parenthood can register online using the discount code provided in the program.
St. Luke’s Employees NOT enrolled in Path Through Parenthood, need to call St. Luke's Connect at (208) 381-9000 to register to receive the employee discount. No refunds will be issued if you continue to register online.
