Life is never the same after a stroke, both for patients and those who love them. Life After Stroke Support Group is designed to encourage and support you in your recovery, regardless of where you were hospitalized or treated.
Join us to learn how to achieve your best quality of life after stroke using expert medical advice, community resources, and connecting with others.
This group is for patients and their families, friends, and caregivers.
NOTE: The Stroke Support Group is in person with an online option. Email us for instructions on how to attend online.

- Quarterly: Traditional support group for open discussion
- Annual (September): Stroke Survivor Picnic in Kleiner Park
- Annual (December): Christmas Celebration at Meridian Medical Center
