Change Your Lifestyle, Change Your Life

When it comes to better health, you don’t have to go it alone. Join others in the Pivio program to make long-lasting lifestyle changes.

Pivio is a lifestyle enrichment program that empowers you to take control of your health by building lasting habits. Through balanced nutrition, daily physical activity, stress management, and strong support systems, Pivio helps you lose weight and reduce your risk—or even reverse—conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression.

     Addressing Causes of Poor Health

Modern science tell us that many of the diseases we face in the Western world are linked to how we live. Our daily choices around food, movement, stress, and social connection play a powerful role in shaping our health.

Pivio is built on this understanding. It addresses the root causes of many chronic conditions by helping you shift away from processed foods, sedentary habits, and harmful substances like tobacco, alcohol, and excess caffeine. It also emphasizes the importance of managing stress and building strong support systems.

     How Pivio Helps

By making sustainable lifestyle changes, you can prevent, manage, or even reverse a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to:

    • Heart disease and stroke
    • High blood pressure and high cholesterol
    • Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes
    • Overweight and obesity
    • Certain adult cancers
    • Digestive issues like constipation and heartburn
    • Joint pain and arthritis
    • Depression, anxiety, and fatigue
    • Alzheimer’s disease

What to Expect

At the start of your Pivio journey, you’ll complete a health screening—including blood work—to help identify your personal risk factors. You’ll receive your results early in the program and are encouraged to share them with your healthcare provider to guide any medication or lifestyle adjustments. At the end of the course, the screening will be repeated, and you’ll get a detailed report showing how your risk factors have changed over time.
