Getting the medications you rely on has never been easier. With St. Luke’s Home Delivery, your prescriptions are filled by the same trusted providers who care for you, and delivered directly to your doorstep at no extra cost.
Our service works especially well for medications you take regularly. We’ll automatically refill those prescriptions and reach out to confirm your shipping and insurance details before each delivery. If you ever need a one‑time prescription filled, we can handle that as well.
Getting started is simple! Talk with your provider about sending prescriptions to a St. Luke’s Pharmacy, then place your orders through MyChart.

Eligible Medications
You can receive nearly any prescription through St. Luke's Home Delivery, including refrigerated medications. The only exceptions are compounded medications and prescriptions classified as controlled substances.
Service Area
St. Luke’s Home Delivery is available to residents of Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona.
Delivery Timeline
Once your prescription is confirmed, you can expect delivery in about five business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
Setup Instructions
- Log in to MyChart (or create a MyChart account if necessary), then access the Medications page’s Manage My Pharmacies activity.
- Select Add a Pharmacy, search for "St. Luke's Home Delivery Pharmacy", and select Add. This will update your list of preferred pharmacies and make St. Luke's Home Delivery available for future prescription fill requests.
- Let your providers know about your preference for St. Luke's Home Delivery.
