Getting the medications you rely on has never been easier. With St. Luke’s Pharmacy – Home Delivery, your prescriptions are filled by the same trusted providers who care for you, and delivered directly to your doorstep at no extra cost.

Most maintenance and specialty medications are eligible for home delivery and automatic refill enrollment. Getting started is simple! Talk with your provider about sending prescriptions to a St. Luke’s Pharmacy, then place your orders through MyChart.

Please note: Certain medications, including controlled substances, may not qualify for automatic refill or home delivery outside of Idaho. If your prescription has special requirements, our pharmacy team will reach out to you directly to review details and confirm next steps.

    You’ll receive updates and text reminders when it’s time to refill, be able to send renewal requests directly to your provider, and get notifications when your medications are on the way, making it easy to stay informed and in control of your prescriptions.

    St. Luke’s Home Delivery is available to residents of Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona.

    Once your prescription is confirmed, you can expect delivery in about five business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Eligible prescriptions can be delivered in convenient 90‑ or 100‑day supplies, securely packaged to protect temperature‑sensitive medications. With proactive refill management and no additional cost for standard shipping, you can count on reliable, timely service.

Best of all, your medications remain fully integrated with the care you receive from your trusted St. Luke’s providers so your pharmacy support is a seamless part of your care.

Setup Instructions

If you already have a MyChart account:

  1. Change your pharmacy to Home Delivery
  2. After logging in, you will see the Manage My Pharmacies activity. Next, refer to step 3 below.

If you do not have a MyChart account:

  1. Create a MyChart account
  2. Then access the Medications page’s Manage My Pharmacies activity. Next, refer to step 3 below.
  3. Select Add a Pharmacy, search for “St. Luke’s Home Delivery Pharmacy”, and select Add. This will update your list of preferred pharmacies and make St. Luke’s Home Delivery available for future prescription fill requests.
  4. Let your providers know about your preference for St. Luke’s Home Delivery.
