Pharmacy Technician Apprentice Program
Start Your Pharmacy Career at St. Luke’s
St. Luke’s Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship Program creates an entry point into pharmacy careers within a health system setting. We offer a structured, paid training pathway that combines classroom instruction, simulated laboratory learning, and hands-on clinical experience across St. Luke’s pharmacies, preparing apprentices for long-term roles within the organization.
Our goal is to grow a skilled, certified pharmacy technician workforce by removing traditional barriers to entry, such as upfront education costs, while promoting career advancement, retention and workforce sustainability. Graduates are prepared for national PTCB certification and career opportunities in inpatient, outpatient, oncology, infusion, compounding and other specialized pharmacy services across St. Luke’s Health System.
