Get the Advice You Need from Home

E-visits are available to adults for issues regarding sinus symptoms, COVID-19, pink eye, diarrhea, heartburn, birth control, or yeast infection. We can also manage pink eye in children. You'll also have the ability to send photos or videos if needed for your provider to review. The provider will offer medical advice for at-home care or let you know if you should schedule an appointment for treatment.

E-Visits are available through your MyChart account, which allows you to take advantage of other appointment-related features including eCheck-in and price estimates.

How to Begin an E-Visit

  1. Log in to your MyChart account.
  2. Select E-Visit from the Main Menu or select Send a Message, then Start E-Visit and follow the prompts.
