Decommission of Secure Communications/Community Access Platform

St. Luke's is in the process of decommissioning the Secure Communications/Community Access platform. This system has historically supported various types of provider requests, including scheduling, pre-operative orders, cosmetic estimates, and supply needs.

We encourage you to continue utilizing your established points of contact within St. Luke's. This includes submitting requests via fax, email, or phone to the departments or individuals you already work with directly.

To ensure continuity of service and maintain the highest level of support for our patients and providers, please use the following updated methods for submitting requests going forward:

Scheduling Requests

Please refer to scheduling under the directory of resources for providers.

Pre-Operative Orders

Access the appropriate forms from the directory of resources for providers.

Equipment and Supply Requests

Please contact the St. Luke's switchboard to be connected to the OR department you are scheduling procedures for:
  • Boise: (208) 381-2222
  • Meridian: (208) 706-5000

Cosmetic and OMF Charge Sheet Estimates

Submit new estimates requests via the Estimate Charge Sheets (ECS) system.
