Biography
Kathryn Crookham, PT, DPT is a physical therapist licensed in Idaho. She enjoys working with individuals in all stages of life and to help develop treatment plans that work toward their personal goals while improving quality of life.
Kathryn grew up in Idaho and graduated from College of Idaho in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in health science. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Idaho State University. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, and golfing.
