About Duncan T. Harmon

Biography

Duncan Harmon, MD is a maternal-fetal medicine physician specializing in the prenatal care of medically complex patients. With a deep commitment to high-risk obstetrics, he has expertise in prenatal diagnosis, preterm labor, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, and diabetes. 

Dr. Harmon provides advanced diagnostic procedures, including amniocentesis and chorionic villous sampling, to aid in the early detection and management of fetal conditions. His clinical interests encompass congenital anomalies, prenatal genetic syndromes, and the specialized care required for complex higher-order multiple pregnancies, ensuring comprehensive support for both mothers and their unborn children. 

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Harmon enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children, and their family dog. He finds relaxation and adventure in skiing and backpacking, embracing the natural world whenever possible. He is also a fan of fantasy novels, appreciating the opportunity to immerse himself in imaginative worlds that offer a contrast to his professional life.
