Brian Liddell, DO, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician with a broad range of interests in pediatric medicine including preventive healthcare, early childhood development, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disorders, ADHD, sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries, allergy and asthma management, and ear/nose/throat (ENT) conditions. He is currently accepting new patients of all ages.
Dr. Liddell earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Seattle Pacific University, where he graduated with cum laude honors. He attended Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM) at Midwestern University for medical school. Dr. Liddell then completed his pediatric residency at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) with the United States Air Force, honored as the distinguished graduate for his class. During his time in training Dr. Liddell published multiple peer-reviewed articles on the effects of inhaled corticosteroids in children with asthma, presenting at the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) National Conference and Exhibition.
After finishing training, Dr. Liddell served as an active-duty pediatrician at Beale Air Force Base in northern California. During his time in the Air Force he received multiple awards for his excellent medical care and leadership.
In addition, Dr. Liddell is an assistant professor of pediatrics at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM), and he often hosts medical students in his clinic.
Dr. Liddell grew up in Eagle and is excited to be back in the Treasure Valley working with St. Luke’s Children’s. In his free time he enjoys cooking, running, hiking, camping, numerous sports, and spending time with his wife and three children.
