About Tiara D. Littledyke

Biography

Tiara Littledyke, LCSW has expertise in working with motivated adolescents and adults to improve their mental wellness by understanding their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She works with the patient to identify an attainable goal and to meet their target. She also specializes in treating trauma if the patient meets specific criteria. 

Tiara uses evidenced-based practices through the following models: CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy), supportive counseling, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), and ART (accelerated resolution therapy). She has worked in several different settings such as youth crisis centers, hospitals, jails, substance abuse centers, and an outpatient clinic.

Tiara earned her bachelor’s degree in behavioral health from Utah Valley University, and her master’s degree in social work from Edinboro University. She enjoys spending her free time trying new restaurants with her husband and playing with her dogs.
