About Sarah M. Macquarrie

Biography

Sarah "Sadie" Macquarrie, LPC is a certified counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors. She is a person-centered counselor and employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT) to aid her clients in the process of reaching their wellness goals. She is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and substance use disorders (SUDs).

Sadie earned her master’s degree in counseling from Idaho State University.
