About Amanda L. Overacre

Biography

Amanda Overacre, LCSW offers high-quality and evidence-based comprehensive care. She has specific training in acceptance and commitment therapy and trauma-based approaches, including Seeking Safety, TREM, TARGET, and EMDR. 

Amanda has worked in an array of clinical settings for mental health and addiction, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential. She has experience with both adolescents and adults.

Amanda earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Connecticut. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, being outdoors, traveling, and reading.
