Brandon Stewart, PhD is an inpatient neuropsychologist at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital. He offers assessment, consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services for patients recovering from brain injuries due to trauma, stroke, and other neurological conditions. He specializes in providing cognitive rehabilitation to those impacted by brain injury and/or neurological conditions.
Dr. Stewart earned his doctoral degree from the University of Montana, where he also served as the primary investigator for several research projects examining the effects of stress on cognitive functions. Additionally, he taught several undergraduate psychology courses and was the coordinator of their introductory psychology program. He completed his predoctoral internship at the Boise VA Medical Center and his postdoctoral fellowship at the Portland VA Medical Center. During his time in Portland, he developed a novel, evidence-based manualized treatment for cognitive rehabilitation.
Dr. Stewart is a member of the Idaho Psychological Association (IPA), National Academy of Neuropsychology (NAN), International Neuropsychological Society (INS), and American Psychological Association (APA).
