Physical Therapist
Andrea Trask, PT, DPT, OCS is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist focusing on both orthopedic and women’s pelvic health conditions. She applies a whole-body movement system approach to treating any diagnosis, and is particularly interested in conditions of the lower body, especially the low back, pelvis, hip and foot/ankle. She particularly enjoys working with pregnant and postpartum women dealing with pain and pelvic dysfunction to help them maintain an active lifestyle throughout their childbearing years. Her goal is to empower her patients to become their own best therapist by actively listening, educating, and building a simple and efficient home treatment plan that helps each patient move more, move better, and move with less pain.
Andrea earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Washington. She spends her free time outdoors running, hiking, biking, camping, and snowboarding with her husband, kids, and their dog.
