St. Luke's offers patients the option of managing their infusions in their own homes, when it's a good fit for their treatment needs, including antibiotics, hydration, chemotherapy, and total parenteral nutrition (feeding through an IV line). We also provide support for enteral feeding services (nutrition delivered through a tube to the stomach or the small intestine), specialty infusions for chronic conditions and other standard medication infusions.
Home infusion support is staffed by expert pharmacists, nurses, dietitians, and pharmacy and dietetic technicians. Your medications will be delivered by St. Luke's local pharmacy, and you may choose whether to receive home infusion education, support and guidance in your home or at a home infusion support clinic. Our priority is to meet our patients' needs.
Contact the St. Luke’s Pharmacy – Home Infusion Support team at (208) 381-6161 for more information or to discuss your infusion needs.
