Obesity is a chronic, progressive, relapsing – but treatable disease. Over the past two decades, the obesity rate in the United States has increased from 30% of individuals to 42%. It's projected that by the year 2030, over 50% of our country's population will be obese. This is an alarming statistic, but one that can be reversed.
Treating obesity requires a comprehensive, individualized approach. Our team believes that one size does not fit all when it comes to treating obesity. The approach your family member, neighbor, or co-worker used may not be what works for you. There are both non-surgical and surgical options available; and our goal is to design a treatment plan specifically for you.
A physician is always available on call. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go directly to the nearest emergency department. To reach the on-call physician, please call (208) 381-3915.
