Adults in the McCall area can visit our clinic for care that covers a wide scope of services. Internal medicine physicians, also known as internists, provide comprehensive care for adults. This can include routine and preventive health checks, diagnosis and treatment for a disease or condition, and ongoing treatment for chronic conditions. We specialize in management of heart disease and hypertension, kidney disease, arthritis, gastrointestinal problems, diabetes, allergies, infections, depression, sleep apnea, and more.

    Dustin Bowman, PA-C, works in medical oncology/hematology. He earned his bachelor's degree in health science studies from Boise State University and his master's degree in physician assistant training from Yale University School of Medicine.

    Biography

    William Loome, MD provides comprehensive care for adults, including routine and preventive health checks, diagnosis and treatment for acute disease or conditions, and ongoing treatment for chronic conditions. He is board eligible in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is eager to optimize health outcomes in his community. Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Dr. Loome was medical director and primary care physician at the Boise VA Medical Center.

    Dr. Loome believes in a strong doctor-patient collaboration in medical care. He is committed to care through the use of evidence-based medicine and in partnership with his clinic team. He works with his patients on prevention and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

    In his free time, Dr. Loome enjoys mountain sports, particularly skiing and hiking. He also enjoys water sports, including lake kayaking and windsurfing. He works to maintain his skills in French and German, and enjoys traveling abroad. He also studies botany, has a special interest in huckleberries, and loves good food.
