We offer a wide scope of services to bring you the care you need, whether it’s treatment for a specific condition, an annual exam, or wellness and preventive care. We see people of all ages, through all phases of life. At our clinic, we treat acute illnesses, diabetes, and childhood diseases; perform immunizations, skin biopsies, and lesion removal; and assist you with family planning, immunizations, diabetes management, and more. We also offer obstetrics and sports medicine services. If your condition requires a specialist, we can help refer you to the appropriate provider.
As a member of the National Health Services Corps (NHSC), we promise to serve all patients. This means:
- No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

Our clinic has after-hours telephone services available if you have a medical question and aren’t sure if you need an appointment or if you should go to an urgent care or emergency department. Maureen (Mo) Ferguson, MD is passionate about being a rural family physician and providing a full spectrum of care. She has a special interest in women's health and obstetrics. She enjoys spending her free time skiing, rafting, and playing ice hockey with friends and family. Dr. Ferguson is also an avid reader.
