Serving people in the McCall region, our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including women’s health, obstetrics, annual exams, immunizations for children and adults, family planning, skin biopsies and lesion removals, diabetes management, vasectomy, sports medicine, an anticoagulation (blood-thinning) clinic, and outpatient treatment for opiate addiction. Our OB/GYN services include team-based care for deliveries. You'll meet all the members of our team during your pregnancy, including our physicians, one of whom will deliver your baby if your main provider is unavailable.

Heather Beaman, PA-C is a certified physician assistant with special interests in family medicine, preventive medicine, and women's health. Her philosophy of care is to provide quality and compassionate care so she can work with her patients to meet their health care needs.
Heather earned her bachelor's degree in human biology from Grand Canyon University and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. In her free time, she spends time with her family fishing, hiking, boating, skiing, horseback riding, and attending her children's sporting events.
Garrett Coman, MD specializes in evidence-based medical and surgical dermatologic care for patients of all ages. He appreciates how dermatology allows him to combine his clinical interests in patient-centered care and preventative medicine with research interest in improving dermatologic diagnostics and therapeutics. He is committed to excellent patient care and building relationships over time with his patients.
Dr. Coman received an undergraduate degree in economics from Pepperdine University. Next, he attended medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine where he also earned a master's degree in biomedical engineering focused on medical device design. He also completed a dermatopharmacology research fellowship in the Maibach Lab at UCSF and a clinical trials research fellowship at Virginia Tech before returning to the University of Utah for his internship in internal medicine and dermatology residency. He continues to enjoy working with colleagues across the country on dermatology innovation projects to improve education and patient care.
Originally from Boise, Dr. Coman is thrilled to be serving patients in the Wood River community and close to his family in Idaho. In his free time, you can find him outside skiing, mountain biking, trail running, backpacking, fly fishing, and hunting, with his dog by his side whenever possible.
Jonathan Currey, MD graduated from Hope College with a bachelor's degree in business management. Dr. Currey’s professional interests include providing a full-spectrum of care in a rural area with emphasis on emergency medicine and obstetrics, including C-sections.

Maureen (Mo) Ferguson, MD is passionate about being a rural family physician and providing a full spectrum of care. She has a special interest in women's health and obstetrics. She enjoys spending her free time skiing, rafting, and playing ice hockey with friends and family. Dr. Ferguson is also an avid reader.

Megan FitzMaurice, NP has experience in primary care and a passion for rural health.
Megan earned her first bachelor's degree in psychology with a certificate in elementary education from the College of Idaho, a second bachelor's degree in nursing from Idaho State University, and a master's degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University.
In her free time, Megan enjoys back country skiing or river sports with her husband and their Boston Terrier.
Autumn Freeland, PA-C is a physician assistant with more than 10 years experience in family medicine. She is passionate about encouraging patients to take an active role in their own wellness and health care.
Autumn earned her bachelor's degree in biology and secondary education from the University of Idaho, and her master's degree in public health and physician associate studies from the University of Oklahoma.
Caitlin Gustafson, MD is fellowship-trained in obstetrics. Dr. Gustafson provides care across all ages, with professional interests that include complete women's health with obstetrics, preventive health, and wilderness medicine. She is conversant in Spanish.

David Hall, MD has professional interest in the care of newborns and children, preventive medicine for all ages, dermatologic procedures, and sports medicine. He earned his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Washington. He also earned a French degree from Universitè de Grenoble.
Patrick “Paddy” Kinney, MD is family physician and an associate member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecology. His care philosophy includes developing long-standing relationships with his patients and their families.
Dr. Kinney delivers babies at St. Luke's McCall. He has special interests in rural populations, women's health, obstetrical care, and adolescent health.
Ali Klippenstein, NP-C has interests in family medicine, women's health, preventive medicine, and has experience in adult critical care. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Ali earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Augustana College, and her master's degree as a family nurse practitioner from Mount Marty College. In her spare time, Ali likes traveling, camping, and being outdoors with her husband and children.
Jennifer Lewis, MD practices full-spectrum family medicine, including obstetrics, and has specialized training in home-based geriatrics care, memory assessments, and geriatric syndromes.
Dr. Lewis is dedicated to improving access to health care in rural communities, and emphasizes health and wellness at all stages of life. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband rafting, backpacking, and hiking.

Katrina McKellips, DO, MPH specializes in rural family medicine with obstetrics. She has special interests in women's health, rural obstetrical care, and lifestyle medicine. Her philosophy of care includes partnering with individuals to optimize and achieve function and health through prevention and wellness.
In addition to her medical degree, Dr. McKellips has a master's degree in public health from Touro University College of Osteopathy. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Julia Middleton, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She received a bachelor's degree in health science studies from Boise State University, and a master's in physician assistant studies from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Her focus is on nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness and the roles they play in treating chronic disease.
Lauren Parker, NP-C has a philosophy that centers around providing community-focused, team-based care that meets the needs of the patient. She focuses on helping support her patients' overall journey to health and wellness while addressing and supporting all of their concerns and needs. She believes that the patient-provider relationship, good communication, quality evidence-based care, and access to care are foundational to supporting individual health.
Before joining St. Luke’s, Lauren worked as an internal medicine geriatric nurse practitioner at Saltzer Health in Nampa, and also as a hospitalist nurse practitioner with Apogee Physicians at Saint Alphonsus medical center in Ontario, Oregon.
Lauren earned her master’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University, and her bachelor's degree in nursing from Arizona State University, Mayo Clinic Hospital Campus Cohort. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Their favorite outdoor activities include boating, fishing, hiking, paddleboarding, ATV/UTV riding, skiing, and snowboarding.
Taylor Simmons, MD (she/her) is a board-certified family medicine physician who completed a fellowship in high risk and surgical obstetrics. She is passionate about rural family medicine for its purpose to serve all ages and all people but has specific interests in maternal-child health, reproductive health, pediatric/adolescent medicine, procedures, and preventative medicine. She loves making connections with her patients and considers it an honor to walk with them on their health journey.
Dr. Simmons was born in Boise and grew up in Middleton. In her free time, you’ll find her enjoying the mountains in all seasons, spending quality time with her adventurous husband, tending her many houseplants, pretending to know what she’s doing in the kitchen, or snuggling her dog with a cup of coffee.
Elynn Smith, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician providing comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients of all ages. She is interested in preventive and evidence-based medicine, improving health and functioning for patients in all stages of life, as well as mentoring and promoting medical education for students from rural communities.
Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Dr. Smith worked as educational faculty with the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho-Nampa program, where she was also clinic director at the Full Circle Health Nampa North clinic.
In her free time, Dr. Smith spends time with her husband and dogs, enjoying any and all outdoor activities.
Craig R. Spencer, MD provides care in all aspects of adult and pediatric urology, including urologic oncology, male and female voiding dysfunction, and stone disease. He performs open, laparoscopic, endoscopic, and robotic surgery, and is experienced in the minimally invasive Rezum™ treatment for BPH.
Dr. Spencer continues to serve as a commander in the Naval Reserves.
Becky Uranga, MD has professional interest in obstetrics and prenatal care, adolescent gynecology, vaginal and laparoscopic hysterectomy and research related to patient decision making. She delivers babies at St. Luke's Meridian and St. Luke's Nampa.
Dr. Uranga is skilled in the performance of da Vinci® robotic surgery for fibroids, uterine prolapse (co-surgery with urology), endometriosis, pelvic pain, and menorrhagia. Her robotic surgical expertise includes hysterectomy, ovary removal, and fibroid removal (often appropriate as a minimally invasive surgical option for women with a high BMI).
Dr. Uranga received a bachelor's degree in biochemistry at the University of Portland. After college she completed a year of service with AmeriCorps in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Her time outside work is spent skiing, running, biking, fishing and spending time with her husband and their dogs.
Julie Welty, MD worked at Terry Reilly Health Services and the Hailey Medical Clinic before joining Payette Lakes Medical Clinic. She has special interests in obstetrics, pediatrics, and urgent/emergency care medicine.
