Our team is proud to serve the communities in and around Elmore County. We see people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life.
At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecological care (OB/GYN). If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.
As a member of the National Health Services Corps (NHSC), we promise to serve all patients. This means:
If you are having a life-threatening medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency department or call 911. If you need urgent support for a mental health crisis, please use 988 to call or text the Idaho Crisis & Suicide Hotline.
If you need other support after hours, please call us first, even when we’re closed! Our clinic has after-hours telephone services available if you have a medical question and aren’t sure if you need an appointment or if you should go to an urgent care or emergency department. Please do not use MyChart messaging for any urgent messages.
