At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including wellness exams and physicals, women’s health, newborn and pediatric care, sports medicine, surgical procedures, dermatology, fracture care, orthopedics, allergy testing, bone density screening, and more. We also have on-site lab and X-ray facilities. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

Family MedicineBiography
Steven Carson, MD is a board certified family medicine physician with a passion for women’s health, evidence based clinical medicine, health and wellness education, LGBTQ+ care, general office based procedures, and patient centered family care for all ages. He is originally from Boise and enjoys providing care for this community.
In his free time, Dr. Carson enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing, concerts, and traveling.

Branden Florence, PA-C is a physician assistant with experience in urgent care and orthopedics. He is a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Branden earned his bachelor's degree from the College of Idaho and completed his physician assistant training at South University–Tampa. Originally from Boise, he played professional baseball for nine years before training as a physician assistant.

Terry Ribbens, MD enjoys all aspects of family medicine and developing long-term relationships as he cares for an entire family. His areas of interest include evidence-based preventive medicine, sports medicine, treatment of allergy and asthma conditions, and minor office procedures such as mole removal, radiofrequency skin surgery, and joint injections. Dr. Ribbens strives to teach his patients about their health at every visit and guide them in the complex and ever-changing world of medicine. -
Family MedicineBiography
Timothy M. Ruth, MD joined St. Luke's in 2008 and has worked in both family medicine and urgent care. His interests include military and aviation medicine, urgent care, family medicine, and telehealth. After completing his residency in family medicine, he served eight years of active duty with the U.S. Air Force as a family physician and flight surgeon.
Dr. Ruth continued to serve in the Idaho Air National Guard until August 2022 as the flight surgeon for the 190th Fighter Squadron. He is also a senior FAA medical examiner. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, camping, playing music, skiing, and spending time with his wife and children.

Mousoomi Sur, MD provides a broad range of family care services including pediatrics, adolescent care, adult medicine, and geriatrics. She has a particular interest in women's health issues with an emphasis on preventive healthcare. In addition to routine comprehensive female wellness exams, she offers hormone replacement therapy, contraceptive advice, heart disease prevention, and osteoporosis treatment. She is a certified clinical densitometrist with expertise and training in bone density scanning for screening and management of osteoporosis.
Dr. Sur graduated from medical school in India, where she practiced before moving to the United States. -

Keely Wolf, PA-C is a certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She enjoys family medicine and treating both acute and chronic disease as well as the opportunity to encourage and implement preventive medicine and lifestyle changes. She strives to provide patient empowerment through education and joint decision making in order to create a united, evidence based treatment plan with her patients.
Keely earned her bachelor’s degree in health science from Boise State University and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University.
