Hayley S. Brown, APRN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care of people of all ages. She is interested in women's health and adolescent medicine, and enjoys meeting patients from different backgrounds. Hayley particularly enjoys forming long-term relationships with her patients. She is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco's nurse practitioner program. She has served on the boards of both the California Association for Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
William Crump III, MD has professional interests in pediatric and adolescent medicine, skin surgery, and vasectomy.
Elli Fox, PA-C specializes in family medicine and enjoys providing care to individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. She has special interests in neurology, gastroenterology, and exercise science, and previous experience in urgent care.
Elli is passionate about serving the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. She particularly enjoys forming long-term relationships with her patients and has a strong belief in preventative medicine to improve overall patient well-being.
Elli is originally from Idaho and earned her degree from Idaho State University. Outside of work, her hobbies include hiking with her husband and dogs, wake surfing, snow skiing, and camping. She is also a certified diver and enjoys traveling the world to scuba dive exotic locations.
Devin Laky, MD is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has professional interests in both women's and men's health; pediatric and adolescent medicine; diabetes care; sports medicine; chronic conditions; mental health care; and preventive care, including vaccine advocacy.
Kristen Place, PA-C specializes in family medicine with a passion for providing evidence based, preventive medicine to all ages. She also enjoys minor procedures, sports medicine, and women's health.
Kristen earned her bachelor's degree from Boise State University and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Elon University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Bonnie Reed, MD enjoys treating both acute and chronic conditions, and her interests include women's health, pediatric and adolescent medicine, mood disorders, and minor procedures. She has a particular passion for evidence-based preventive health care for people of all ages.
Originally from Texas, Dr. Reed has considerable experience treating the underserved in our community through both inpatient and outpatient care.
Alexander Reynolds, DO is a board-certified family medicine physician and US Air Force veteran. He enjoys providing care to individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds, with an emphasis on sports medicine, aviation and aerospace medicine, human performance, and outpatient procedures.
Dr. Reynolds is passionate about incorporating physical, emotional, and spiritual pillars into preventive services and believes that community is an integral part of healing and wellness.
Outside of work, his hobbies include general aviation, hiking, mountain biking, skateboarding, snowboarding, skiing, and functional fitness. He is a certified CrossFit Level II Trainer, and an FAA Aviation Medical Examiner.
Nathan Richard, PA-C specializes in family medicine serving patients of all ages with special interests in geriatrics and psychology. He also has experience in urgent care, orthopedics, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Nathan enjoys all aspects of medical care and particularly enjoys forming long-term relationships with his patients.

Auston Whitmer, APRN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner providing primary care to all ages. She has experience in acute and chronic management of cardiovascular disease.
Auston earned her graduate degree from Graceland University’s family nurse practitioner program and is a member of both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners of Idaho.
