Living with acute or chronic pain doesn’t have to be a challenge you face alone. We can help find the source of your pain, develop a treatment plan to give you relief, and help restore health and function. Our doctors are board certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology, and are highly trained in the field of pain management. They lead a team that truly cares about you and your best quality of life.
We provide pain management for a wide range of conditions, from neuropathic, cancer, sciatica, shingles, arthritis, and more. Treatment procedures include, but are not limited to, injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation.
We accept new patients by referral only. Please ask your doctor to include with the referral recent office notes and imaging studies (X-ray, MRI, CT scan, etc.) related to your condition. If you’ve seen a pain management provider in the past, we ask that these records be sent to our office for review prior to scheduling an appointment. We also require all patients to have an established primary care provider.
To reach the physician on call, please call (208) 489-6238. In the case of an emergency, call 911 immediately or go directly to the nearest emergency department.
