At St. Luke's Clinic – Primary Care, our care teams partner with you to support your health and wellness needs. Whether you're addressing an immediate concern or seeking preventive, emerging or ongoing healthcare support, we're committed to helping you navigate your health journey.
Our clinic team offers a variety of services and appointment options, including scheduled in-person and virtual visits for adults and children, immunizations, screening mammography, diagnostic X-ray, and laboratory draws.
We want your care experience to be as easy and efficient as possible. We'll partner with you to bundle your services and appointments to save you time and reduce costs. If this sounds like a fit for your healthcare needs, we’d love to have you establish care with our clinic!
The first step in establishing care is to call (208) 505-2800 to schedule a new patient welcome visit. We look forward to building a relationship with you and your family.
Please note that members of our virtual care team see patients only via the St. Luke’s On-Demand Virtual Care platform, and do not see patients at the St. Luke’s Clinic – Primary Care location.
If you are having a life-threatening medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency department or call 911. If you need urgent support for a mental health crisis, please use 988 to call or text the Idaho Crisis & Suicide Hotline.
If you need other support after hours, please call us first, even when we’re closed! Our clinic has after-hours telephone services available if you have a medical question and aren’t sure if you need an appointment or if you should go to an urgent care or emergency department. Please do not use MyChart messaging for any urgent messages.
We offer on-demand virtual care that's easy and convenient! Available seven days a week from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Patients join our family or internal medicine care team based on patient preference and health criteria. Your care team will work alongside you to define your care pathway and guide your care management.
Patients are connected to a care team rather than a single provider. During scheduled visits, you may see one or more team members, depending on your goals and needs. This means more people to quickly help resolve your concerns.
Each care team is physician-led and includes members providing expertise within the highest safety and quality standards. These experts will assist with your concerns and options, and provide support throughout your wellness journey.
Both teams include St. Luke’s On-Demand Virtual Care providers that offer same-day video appointments for unexpected, immediate needs or common conditions like coughs, sore throat, back pain, etc.
