Our urgent care team provides fast, walk-in (appointment-free) treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, in addition to other services. Some people use urgent care when they can’t get in to see their regular doctor or when they don’t have a regular doctor.
Our services include care for minor illnesses such as ear infections, sore throats, fevers, coughs, respiratory illness, vomiting, diarrhea, and urinary infection; minor injuries such as fractures, sprains, and lacerations; minor work injuries; and follow-up for suture removals or wound checks. We also offer sports physicals, flu shots, onsite x-ray and lab testing.
When you have an immediate need or can’t get in to see your doctor, just walk in—no appointment is necessary.
If you need urgent medical attention outside of our office hours, please go to another urgent care or nearby emergency room. If you are having a life-threatening medical emergency, please go directly to the nearest emergency room or call 911. If you need urgent support for a mental health crisis, please use 988 to call or text the Idaho Crisis & Suicide Hotline.
For occupational health patients, please see our occupational health after-hours locations.
St. Luke's now offers on-demand virtual care services seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., if appropriate depending on your symptoms.
Simply log in to your MyChart account, answer a few questions about your symptoms, and begin a virtual visit with the next available St. Luke's primary care provider.
You may still have to wait a bit, as you would at an in-person urgent care clinic, but you'll be waiting wherever you choose.
