St. Luke's Children's Endocrinology and Diabetes is proud to be an American Diabetes Association (ADA) Accredited Diabetes Center. We provide expert care for a wide range of pediatric endocrine disorders, including conditions affecting growth, puberty, thyroid and adrenal function, bone metabolism, and glucose regulation.
Our team specializes in managing endocrine complications resulting from childhood cancer treatments, as well as type 1 and type 2 diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and obesity with endocrine or genetic (syndromic) causes. We are also committed to offering compassionate, gender-affirming care.
Our certified diabetes care and education team—comprising experienced nurse educators and registered dietitians—focuses on comprehensive support for children with type 1 diabetes. From the day of diagnosis through the transition to adult care, we work closely with families to adapt to each child’s evolving needs. Our goal is to empower families with the knowledge and tools to manage diabetes confidently and effectively.
We provide access to the latest diabetes technology, including smart pens, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), to help maintain stability. Our education program, recognized by the ADA for its excellence, offers both one-on-one sessions and group classes tailored to meet the needs of each family.
