Designed for patients with a BMI of 35 or greater, this specialty program at our Boise location supports your health journey through a personalized approach that may include hormone therapy, weight management medications, and sustainable behavior and lifestyle changes. All care is guided by evidence-based practices and the medical standards set by the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

Your care team will include an endocrinologist, a psychologist/behavioral health specialist and a registered dietitian. You'll also have access to a weekly behavioral change support group to help reinforce long-term success.
