About St. Luke's Pharmacy – Home Infusion Support
Our team offers support for patients managing infusions in their own homes, when it’s a good fit for their treatment needs. This includes antibiotics, hydration, chemotherapy, and total parenteral nutrition (feeding through an IV line). We also assist with enteral feeding (nutrition delivered through a tube to the stomach or small intestine), specialty infusions for chronic conditions and other standard medication infusions.
