About St. Luke's Pharmacy – Home Infusion Support
Our team offers support for patients managing infusions in their own homes, when it’s a good fit for their treatment needs. This includes antibiotics, hydration, chemotherapy, and total parenteral nutrition (feeding through an IV line). We also assist with enteral feeding (nutrition delivered through a tube to the stomach or small intestine), specialty infusions for chronic conditions and other standard medication infusions.
Working together, our expert pharmacists, nurses, dietitians, and pharmacy and dietetic technicians prioritize meeting your needs. Your medications will be delivered from St. Luke's local pharmacy.
