She was nice, but so rushed and stressed. She did not answer our questions effectively and seemed more concerned about checking boxes on the screen

So very impressed!

Dr. Hong is friendly and thorough. However she leaves little room for real life. For example, she wants to see us in person for a follow up, so we drive 5 hours round trip for a 10 minute check up. A video call would be sufficient for that type of appt. She just seems to have her plan set and doesn't take my perspective and experience as the mom into consideration.
