This clinic brings together a team of visiting providers to offer you a wide variety of specialty services close to home (or using telehealth technology), including:
- Cardiology (adult and pediatric) - consultations, routine exams, and diagnostics like echocardiograms, stress tests, and monitors.
- Diabetes education - our diabetes educators provide tools to help you approach diabetes with a sense of confidence
- Nephrology - diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease and high blood pressure
- Obstetrics and gynecology - OB/GYN care through every stage—from a first Pap exam through motherhood and into menopause
- Pulmonology (adult and pediatric) - diagnosis and treatment asthma, pneumonia, sleep disorders, and other lung and respiratory conditions
- Spine and cranial surgery - pre- and post-surgical care for brain, spine, and nervous system conditions
- Urology (adult and pediatric) - for adults, assistance with problems such as incontinence, UTI, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, and urologic cancer; for pediatric patients: assistance with recurrent UTI, undescended testicles, dysfunctional voiding, kidney stones, hypospadias, and more
