  • I don’t have Google or Facebook so I leave this review from a relatives account. I called St Luke’s patients line to help me find a primary care provider back in July. I was scheduled with this doctor for 1/6/2026. I contacted this doctor on the mychart portal on November 2025 to ask if she could do labs on 1/6 since I only need the annual wellness. The doctor didn’t indicate that she couldn’t see me. Today, two weeks before the appointment…..and after almost six months of waiting the doctors office contacted me to cancel the 1/6 appointment because she decided exactly two weeks before the appointment that she was not taking new patients. Avoid this trash because it seems like a pretextual reason. You don’t do that to people! Raul Additional comments: I also requested time off for the appointment on 1/6. People’s time is valuable too you know? You have to ask for time off in advance. Don’t lie to people. This doctor was taking new patients in July therefore the reason I was scheduled by st Luke’s. At what point she decided she couldn’t see new patients? Did the office realize that I had been waiting months? Unfortunately, there are no options in healthcare meaning long wait times. What can people expect from a practice where a doctor shows such a deliberate indifference to a patient who had been waiting months to be seen only to be told two weeks before appointment that she is not taking new patients?
