  • She was very good at explaining the procedure and post affects and things that need to be done. I would recommend her.

  • Dr. Serrone is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable, answers all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed for time. I am confident in her expertise and trust her in anything thoracic related. She is great at explaining everything too. I love that she can give specific examples of patients and situations similar to my own. I have seen her twice and have left feeling confident in my next steps. I am so grateful for Dr. Serrone and look forward to working with her in the future. I also appreciate her staff, because they are friendly and knowledgeable too.

  • Very thorough and considerate. Office staff is exceptional. Niki, Alison, and Chauncey were all professionals and extremely efficient. Dr. Serrone helped me understand and weigh my options by explaining the process in detail.

  • The Staff and Doctor were very kind and reassuring. They all took their time to make sure I felt comfortable and secure. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood my condition and how to correct it. She made sure I had the time I needed to absorb the information and form all my questions. She made me feel comfortable (in a scary time for me). That says alot.
