Jerrimi E. Helmick, RN, MN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She began her career as an RN in a family medicine clinic prior to completing her master’s degree and certification as an FNP. She worked in oncology with St. Luke’s Cancer Institute for many years before joining the Travel Medicine and Immunization Clinic.
Jerrimi earned her associate's degree in nursing at Treasure Valley Community College, then both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing at Oregon Health and Science University. She was born and raised in the western Treasure Valley, and is passionate about providing care to this community. Jerrimi speaks some Spanish, particularly medical Spanish, and takes any opportunity to utilize and improve the proficiency of her second language.
April D. Southwick, RN, NP, MPH, MSN has a Certificate in Travel Health™ through the International Society of Travel Medicine and is the manager of St. Luke's Travel and Immunization Clinic. She began her career as a registered nurse, then earned her certification as an adult and geriatric nurse practitioner.
In her free time, April enjoys music, spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and traveling when she has a chance.
Sarah Sparks, DNP, APRN, NP-C is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has particular interests in travel medicine, immunizations, and infectious disease. She has a Certificate in Travel Health™ from the International Society of Travel Medicine. She is also experienced in the management of acute and chronic disease.
Sarah earned both her bachelor's degree in nursing and her master's degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Idaho State University. She earned her doctor of nursing practice from Frontier Nursing University, where she focused her clinical quality improvement project on the human papillomavirus vaccine. She has served as the president of Nurse Practitioners of Idaho, and is the current representative from Idaho for the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Sarah brings years of experience in both primary care as well as specialty care to her patients.
