We work to build relationships with you and your family through every phase of life, from babies and kids to teens and adults. We offer a wide scope of services to help you find the care you need, including wellness exams and physicals, management of short-term conditions, chronic diseases, women's health, sports medicine, orthopedic and fracture care, and preventive medicine.
We also offer diabetes education, newborn and pediatric care, and procedures such as skin biopsies, lesion removal, joint injections, colposcopy, and circumcision. Our lab and X-ray services are on-site, and if your condition requires a specialist, we can help refer you to the appropriate physician.

Ricky Axtell, MD is dedicated to serving families and he strives to deliver exceptional care to all his patients. He believes that fostering clear communication, building mutual trust, and nurturing caring relationships are essential for promoting good health.
Dr. Axtell earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Washington and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. In his free time, Dr. Axtell enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and especially spending time with his wife and children.
Michael F. Gilchrist, MD maintains a strong interest in musculoskeletal care, including a desire to provide a wide breadth of procedures, as well as in the utilization of point-of-care ultrasound for diagnostic purposes. His primary focus, however, is to determine the best care for his patients through building trusting relationships on a daily basis.
Dr. Gilchrist is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society and is a prior recipient of the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award. While finishing his physician training, he received the Mayo Clinic’s Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Resident Teacher Award as a senior, chief resident, while being recognized for distinguished services to his institution and program during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also received a volunteer medical provider service award on the merit of outstanding effort dedicated to a volunteer-run, federally funded free clinic in rural Minnesota external to his resident duties.
Dr. Gilchrist and his wife take every opportunity to be outdoors and have been grateful for the endless options the Treasure Valley and state of Idaho offer. He is a Minnesota sports fan and follows University of North Dakota hockey, and keeps up with new books and video games. Dr. Gilchrist also enjoys playing piano as well.
Hailey Gordon, NP-C is a certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has special interests in women’s health, dermatology, and preventive medicine. Hailey enjoys helping her patients reach their health goals and promotes maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Prior to becoming an NP, she worked as an RN at St. Luke’s in labor and delivery, which is where her passion for women’s health developed. She also has experience in urgent care.
Hailey is from Idaho and earned her bachelor’s degree at Northwest Nazarene University, where she competed in cross country and track and field. She earned her master’s degree from South University in Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, running, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their dogs, family, and friends.
Victoria (Tori) Kincaid, MD is a full-spectrum family medicine provider with special interests in women’s health, obstetric care, breast feeding medicine and consultation, and pediatrics. She offers a full range of care from deliveries at St. Luke’s—Meridian, circumcisions, IUD placement, colposcopy, skin excisions, and more.
Dr. Kincaid is happy to be in her hometown of Boise to care for the community that raised her. As a Capital High School grad, she feels she is coming home getting to practice at the Mountain View Clinic.
In her free time, Dr. Kincaid loves to spend time with her husband and new son. She also enjoys playing soccer, running, skiing, and mountain biking.
Becky Kroll, MD is experienced in full-spectrum family medicine and obstetrics, and is dedicated to her patients' highest quality of life.
Abdullahi I. Mohamed, MD, MBBS specializes in adult general internal medicine. He provides care on a wide range of conditions, including acute care, management of chronic diseases, and preventive care.
Dr. Mohamed’s passion for health care is driven by the bonds he establishes with his patients over the course of their lives and the fulfillment he receives in keeping them healthy. He encourages open and detailed communication in order to create individualized care plans for his patients. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with family, playing soccer, and reading.
Carson Mondada, PA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant with special interests in women’s health, mental health, and preventive medicine. She is passionate about working with her patients to educate and empower them to reach their health and wellness goals through all stages of life.
Originally from Idaho, Carson earned her bachelor's degree in microbiology and her master's degree in physician assistant studies both from Idaho State University. She has been to the Dominican Republic for a medical mission trip and hopes to participate in more international medical service trips in the future. She loves staying active, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Jon Schott, MD specializes in family medicine, chronic disease management, and geriatrics. He is particularly interested in “patient-centered medical home” transformation. Dr. Schott enjoys playing a role in the administration of health care, and currently serves as the medical director of St. Luke's Health Partners.
Dr. Schott founded Eastern Oregon Medical Associates with three partners before affiliating with St. Luke’s.
Trevor Spence, NP-C is a certified nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He has a special interest in sports medicine, integrative health, and men’s wellness. He is devoted to helping his patients improve their overall health and wellbeing, and considering all treatment options, both conventional and alternative.
Trevor graduated from Idaho State University where he completed two bachelor's degrees: one in kinesiology and the other in nursing. He completed his nurse practitioner training at South University. After obtaining licensure, he began devoting his time training as a surgical first assist. He spent years working in the operating room where he mainly worked in orthopedic and general surgery. Trevor has vast experience across numerous health specialties including the emergency room and alternative health clinics.
Trevor is a proud alumnus of the Idaho State University football program, loves sports, and is an avid foodie. When he is not working, you can find him weightlifting, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with his wife and children.
Ty Waters, MD has interests in sports medicine and has been involved in local programs striving to increase diversity in medicine. He was born and raised in Boise and completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Idaho.
