St. Luke's Rehabilitation: Hailey

At St. Luke's Rehabilitation, our physical, occupational, and speech therapists provide personalized care after injury or surgery, or when dealing with a chronic condition. We specialize in sports medicine, spine wellness, orthopedics, pelvic health, and pediatrics.

Our treatment programs include ski conditioning; concussion rehabilitation, including ImPACT (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing); cognitive therapy; speech and language therapy; balance and vestibular therapy; arthritis therapy; and neurologic rehabilitation.

    Biography

    Jeni Cook, PT specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with additional specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation. She treats men, women, and children for general orthopedic conditions as well as musculoskeletal pelvic conditions including bowel and bladder incontinence, constipation, prolapse, pre- and post-surgical strengthening, pelvic pain, and pregnancy and postpartum related conditions.  

    Jeni earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy at the University of Vermont.

    Biography

    John Frey, PT, DPT enjoys working with all orthopedic and sports injury patients. His areas of expertise include back and hip pain, pain education and management strategies, and acute injuries. He believes the most valuable part of the rehabilitation process is listening and building rapport with each patient.

    John earned his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of the Pacific. He moved to Boise from Anchorage, where he helped develop a program for pediatric orthopedics and sports medicine.

    Biography

    Katie Quaglia, PT has a special interest in pediatric physical therapy and outpatient neurologic rehabilitation following brain injury, spinal cord injury, and stroke. She is especially passionate about working with patients with torticollis, movement disorders, and developmental delay.   

    Katie earned her doctorate degree in physical therapy at the University of Utah.
