2027 Resident, Vanessa Vija
Vanessa M. Vija, PT, DPT enjoys treating a variety of patients, with special interests in return to sport and working with hockey athletes. Currently a sports physical therapy resident at St. Luke’s, she is passionate about working with all patients to get them back to their peak performance.
Vanessa was born and raised in Canada but has lived in New York for half of her life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from SUNY Geneseo and doctorate in physical therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University. In her free time, she enjoys painting, snowboarding, ice skating and hanging out with her friends.
