Vic Kadyan, MD serves as the president of St. Luke’s Clinic, bringing extensive leadership experience and a deep commitment to advancing patient care. A dedicated member of the medical community, he has called Idaho home since 2004.
Dr. Kadyan completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at The Ohio State University Medical Center and has since taken on progressive leadership roles within St. Luke’s medical group. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully led cross-functional teams, fostered strong relationships, and spearheaded initiatives aligned with population health goals. His leadership has been instrumental in promoting a culture of wellness and expanding access to high-quality care. Dr. Kadyan is committed to building a cohesive medical group that prioritizes clinical excellence, coordinated care, and a supportive work environment where physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff can thrive. In addition to his leadership role, Dr. Kadyan provides patient care at St. Luke’s Clinic –Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a professional focus on spasticity management and inpatient rehabilitation.
Dr. Kadyan resides in Boise with his wife, two children, and their dog. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Idaho’s great outdoors and is an enthusiastic, budding fly fisherman.
