Rodde D. Cox, MD has professional interests in medical rehabilitation, rehabilitation of injured workers, and electrodiagnostic medicine. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking, cooking, and biking.
Dr. Cox is proud to provide care at St. Luke's Center for Spine Wellness, a practice that has been recognized as a Spine Center of Excellence by Blue Cross of Idaho.

Samuel S. Jorgenson, MD is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a diplomate of the American Board of Medical Examiners. He is also a member of the North American Spine Society and a licensed fluoroscopy supervisor and operator.
Dr. Jorgenson enjoys seeing his patients get back to enjoying their regular activities following treatment. In his free time his likes to ski, fish, ride bicycles, travel, and spend time with his family.

Vic Kadyan, MD is medical director for St. Luke’s Specialty Care Services, and provides medical services at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital and St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center. He has professional interests in neuro-rehabilitation, spasticity, and electrodiagnostic medicine.
Dr. Kadyan is proud to provide care at St. Luke's Clinic–Spine Care, a practice that has been recognized as a Spine Center of Excellence by Blue Cross of Idaho.
In his free time, Dr. Kadyan enjoys spending time with his family in outdoor activities like cycling, backpacking, and hiking.

Bryce Kirkman, DO is a fellowship trained, non-surgical spine and sports physician who specializes in disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system. His professional interests include comprehensive conservative spine care, diagnostic and therapeutic interventional spine procedures, ultrasound guided peripheral joint and tendon injections, and electrodiagnostic studies. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Prior to his medical education, Dr. Kirkman earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University. In his free time, Dr. Kirkman and his wife are busy raising their children. He enjoys golf, pickleball, and water sports. His hobbies include home renovations, landscape design, and he is actively learning to play the guitar.
Sari Lavarias, PA earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science and health from the University of Idaho and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University.

Melissa Perkins, PA-C is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and has experience in geriatric medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management, and general surgery.
Melissa earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Southern Adventist University, and her master's degree in medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University. She also spent a year living with the mountain people of Occidental Mindoro in the Philippines as a missionary.
In her free time, Melissa loves camping with her family and traveling.
Jacob Radil, PA-C helps patients manage the difficulties associated with spine-related conditions and supports them in their journeys toward recovery.
Jacob earned his master's degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University. He worked for over six years in psychiatric clinical social work prior to attending PA school, having earned master's and bachelor's degrees in social work from Boise State University.
In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, as well as engaging in a variety of outdoor activities, including skiing, backpacking, biking, and disc sports.
Yustina Rafla, PA-C is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and has worked as a clinical research coordinator where she managed and facilitated medical research projects, co-authored abstracts and case studies, and prepared presentations for regional conferences.
Yustina earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Boise State University and her master's in physician assistant studies from Harding University.
Michael Spackman, MD is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has experience with rehabilitation and pain management and prefers to offer non-surgical options for recovery.
Dr. Spackman is a member of the International Spine Injection Society and the Ada County Medical Society.
